Helping MFAA Seniors Find A Pathway

Our Scholarships:

Since 1997 the McCallum HS Foundation  has sought ways to better prepare students for success after high school. Since 2008 those efforts have focused on scholarships for outstanding Seniors of the Fine Arts Academy.


We now offer annually two $2,000 scholarshipswith a single application. Simply email your request for an application form:

Your completed application enters you for consideration for both awards. Complete applications and two (2) support letters are due by DEADLINE.


RUTH DENNEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP:
Created in 2008, this scholarship honors Ms. Ruth Denney,UT Distinguished Professor Emeritus, founder of Houston’s High School of the Performing and Visual Arts, a member of the ACE Advisory Board, and a charter member of the McCallum High School Foundation.


ACE SCHOLARSHIP:
Created in 2020, this scholarship honors the dozens of people who were involved in the
Academic Achievement + Creative Excellence Program that preceded the McCallum Fine Arts Academy.
